Dr. Thomas C. Drees, MBA, PH.D. - Founder & Chairman

Dr. Drees founded Sanguine Corporation, having worked at the forefront of the blood substitute business for over thirty years. Dr. Drees was the President and CEO of Alpha Therapeutics, the only company to obtain FDA approval for a blood substitute product for human use. He has many years of experience with FDA approval, and the development, marketing and management of artificial blood products. Dr. Drees is one of the most experienced individuals in the field of blood substitutes. He has published many articles and a book on the subject of blood substitutes, and has consulted worldwide for the blood industry through Drees International, Inc. He was an officer and Director of the American Blood Resources Association and American Blood Commission.

Frank Marra - President & CEO

Mr. Marra joined Sanguine Corp. in October 2007 as President. He has worked with emerging technology companies for the past twenty years and has served as financier, management consultant and CEO/President of three publicly-traded companies during that time. From 1993-1995 he headed Interactive Medical Technologies in Los Angeles, a medical device manufacturer that specialized in non-radioactive MRI technology. In 1999, from 2003 through 2005, Mr. Marra served as CEO of Rheologics Technologies, Inc, a biotechnology company based in Exton, Pennsylvania that introduced the Rheolog®, the first and only whole blood viscometer. In 1992, Mr. Marra started Stonebridge Ross, a private investment/merchant banking firm that is still in operation today. In addition, Mr. Marra has assisted ten bio-tech and medical device companies with their FDA approvals and financing endeavors. He is also Managing Director of LKB Partners, a financial consulting firm that specializes in small public companies with a concentration in medical device and biotechnology entities.

Beau H. Kelley - COO

Mr. Kelley has served as an officer, director and consultant of multiple over the counter (OTC) public companies, along with several private companies and he is a cofounding member of The 8:18 Group LLC and Quay View Partners LLC. Prior to that Mr. Kelley worked with a venture capital firm and its holding companies, providing private capital for small cap public companies along with hands on business development services. The firm managed principal capital and worked with clients to implement aggressive growth strategies.
